Richard Olson, standing before one of his special fireplaces--this one at Sivertson Gallery on Wisconsin Street in downtown Grand Marais. Olson and Barbeau have collaborated on numerous commercial projects over the years, both on and off the North Shore. Olson's firm Environdesign provides licensed commercial interior design services and a full array of residential design services.

Richard has been a long-standing community volunteer in many capacities, including two terms on the Cook County planning Commission.
